Designers threw back major trends and created a stir with many new trends at London and New York Fashion week. I decided to share some of my fav looks and fashion statements with you. Get ready to spice up your wardrobe as you do your spring cleaning, and wonder what new bits you want to fill your wardrobe with. Out with the old and in with the new unless it’s a throw back style of course. Sequins, pastels, plastic, check print, fringing, graffiti print have been popular amongst many major designers and collaborations. Donatella Versace made a huge statement by collaborating with H&M to pay gold tribute to her late brother Gianni. The collection inspired by Versace’s initial founder Gianni, will be available in November and the exclusive previews of the collection are dazzling.
Have a fling with the trend in Fringing outfits from skirts to dresses the style is back.
Saint Laurent’s fringing boots have already been worn by Rihanna so it is only a matter of time, before her whole navy are wearing it and the high street stores create their alternatives.
Check out the throwback that has taken over fashion this season where Christopher Bailey teamed up Burberry and revamped the Check print. The print has made a victorious comeback and I am excited to see what hits our high street stores.
Phil Oh’s street style snaps has to be my fav, a tribute to LGBT youth, Christopher Bailey’s final collection for Burberry. Where high-fashion looks were captured in what looked like an overdose in post-runway blues. Jourdan Dunn is just killing it in this graffiti look.
